What Should I do if EG SIM Card doesn't work or I can't connect to Wi-Fi?











Your sim still doesn't working when you replaced EG sim card in your phone and followed user guide to start up it. 


What your phone says that 






1) you see a message like No Service” and 
     there is no "Olleh" displayed, 
     so you cannot make calls, your phone can not connect  
     to Wi-Fi, nothing similar connected. 










2) you see a message like “3G or wi-fi sign”  and 
    there is Olleh” displayed,
    so you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or EG SIM Card Apps
    that you downloaded.

At that time, 
please make a request for working your sim promptly
through Q&A sim board at our websites.

  4) Click Q&A > sim from tab menu.



  
  5) Enter items for request ;

    - Title, Name, Writer, Password, 

    - Content 

      : IMEI, Wi-Fi Mac address, Phone product name,

        Message, 
      
    - Phone No, Anti-spam letters. 

  6) Click “submit” Button



  



 * For Customers who registered their phone info already.
   This is applicable to customers who purchased 
   at online shop or attended to KTO event.  



  1) Visit our website at http://air.koreaphone.net 
  
  2) Click button "check your order".
  
  3) Login with your ID(email) and password.
  
  4) Click button "submit".





   5) Click button in the application field 

      at your order history webpage.






   6)  Click button Q&A(write) in the bottom line 

      at your detail order webpage.





    7) Enter your phone number 
       assigned EG sim card, anti-spam letters
    
   8) Click button "submit".
